Which Affordable Clothing Line is for You?
Unless you're a fabulously wealthy person, designer collections are things we can look at and appreciate, but not actually obtain for ourselves. These five affordable clothing lines are reminiscent of designers we know and love. Find the one that copies the styles you love, and go forth and shop!

Above: Alexander Wang's affordable collection for H&M, which was released in fall of 2014 to the excitement of the masses and A Wang fans alike.

If you like... Haute Hippie and Alice and Olivia,

Try... MinkPink

Australian designer MinkPink is fun and flirty with a bohemian influence, taking ladylike silhouettes and making them fresh and cool with intricate patterns and layered prints. MinkPink can be found here, but is also carried at international retailers, from Nordstroms to Nastygal.

If you like... Rick Owens and Alexander Wang, Try... Cheap Monday

Swedish retailer Cheap Monday is actually owned by the giants behind H&M and & Other Stories, but has a darker and starker aesthetic. Cheap Monday has independent stores and can be found here, but is also carried at ASOS, Revolve, and tons of other retailers and boutiques internationally.

If you like... Christopher Kane and Sass & Bide,

Try... C/meo Collective

C/Meo Collective is futuristic and cool, and for the girl with bolder style, it's totally on-point. C/meo Collective runs around the $100- $200 price point, which I know isn't always the most affordable, but it's definitely a steal compared to the likes of the aforementioned big name designers. Their stuff can be found here, as well as at Nastygal and international retailers.

If you like... Rebecca Taylor and Cynthia Rowley,

Try... ASTR

ASTR is super inexpensive, and a great line for pretty blouses and dresses in prints that make them just a little more special, similar to Rebecca Taylor and Cynthia Rowley's way. You won't get the same soft-as-butter silk, but you will get that top that takes you from the office to drinks, and that dress you want to wear to every party this summer. Find ASTR primarily at Nordstroms and Bloomingdale's.

If you like... Prada and Diane Von Furstenburg,

Try... Sister Jane

Sister Jane is the coolest, often vintage-inspired womenswear brand that takes the major trends and influencers and adapts them to the retro brand. Their intricate dresses and blouses are feminine and fun, but pay special attention to detail, and will definitely make the wearer stand out. Their stuff is available on their website here, as well as at ASOS, Topshop, and many other trend-focused retailers.
