Now, let me set something straight. I’m not encouraging that we should all turn into huge Hypochondriacs and immediately think the worst if we experience one small symptom. However, I do believe that certain health flags will be waved every once in awhile and therefore, we should pay a little extra attention to them. A sharp ache between your shoulder blades = could be a heart attack.
Mid back pain with fever = could be kidney infection.
Tooth pain that wakes you up = could be teeth grinding.
One small area of your leg is painful = could be deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Worst headache of your life = could be an aneurysm.
Menstrual cramps that don’t get better with medication = could be endometriosis.
