Last night was very entertaining in the twitter realm. Fresh off the announcement of a successful first week in album sales, Meek Mill took to Twitter to fire shots at some of his critics and fellow rappers.
The Philly rapper was in rare form, spewing comments at known critics of his work and innocent bystanders.
“I'm not with all this fake happy shit and keep my name out of it b4 I make a scene! Lol,” said Meek on twitter. Meek also wanted the world to know his big first week sales weren't a fluke. “And it's get it clear Nicki or nobody not responsible for my success...I been had the culture with me..Don't ever get that confused!!!”
Later on in the convo, Drake was brought up out of nowhere and attacked by Meek. “Stop comparing drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!”

One of the worst things you can do to another rapper is question the authenticity of his writing. It’s taboo in the rap world.

Meek went on to post a picture of the album credits of Drake’s album, which listed additional writers on numerous songs. With that being said, Drake was still credited on writing every song on the album.
The facts are clear as day: Drake has songs in his catalog that additional writers have helped create. Now that the information has been brought to the surface, should we judge Drake in a different light? J.Cole is credited as a writer on one Drake’s songs, should we feel different towards him as well?
Help me on this one my fellow Vinglers, my heart is heavy on this one.

Everyone has alternative writers, it's just the way the industry works. Producers too. Smh
