My skin is not in its best condition this week. If you see me in person you can totally tell my skin pigment is dull and eyes are baggy (and tired-looking). It's the result of not sleeping well. Lately, I can't seem to fall asleep until 2am. Then I wake up at around 6. That leaves me having less than 6 hours of sleep each night. I was feeling a little productive last evening, so I whipped up a face mask to kill time.
I prefer to use organic food but you can switch it off with regular avocado and honey. After washing off the face mask you skin should be glowing!
1 tbsp. mashed organic avocado
1 tbsp. whole milk plain yogurt
1 tsp. organic honey
2 drops rosehip oil
1 tsp. pure aloe
1. Mix all ingredients together and apply to clean skin.
2. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
3. Massage your face for 2 minutes and rinse off.
