i love trail mix!! i always keep a bag in my purse, at my desk, and in my car....there are times when i dont have time to grub so it helps to calm the storm in my tummy and yes, it provides a boost of energy :)

agreed! have you ever tried baking trail mix using different spices? my sister does that all the time, but I haven't tried it yet
