Work Out Like Harley Quinn
I haven't done a villain for one of my Superhero Workouts Collection yet, but it seems like everyone on Vingle is really excited about Suicide Squad right now. So this workout is designed for the devious and deranged Harley Quinn.

The Workout

Harley isn't just a sidekick- she's a villain in her own right. And she's got to be tough to compete with the other bad guys and gals in Gotham. This full-body workout has a lot of kicks and punches, simulating the very real fights that Harley both starts and finishes.
If you're looking to diversify your workout, add a sport like baseball or hockey to your weekly routine. Harley is often seen wielding a bat or a mallet- and she's not afraid to use it! Get used to whacking things, because that's what Harley is all about.

Protip

In preparation for her role as Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, Margot Robbie has a few different cardio workouts that keep her active.
Running – Robbie loves to run or jog for numerous hours in a day. The cardio workout being credited with plentiful benefits improves the health of your heart, frees you from stress, and imparts you numerous health benefits. Cycling – Without putting undue strain on her joints, the workout provides great exercise to her lower body. Ice Hockey – She adores playing ice hockey which is an awesome cardio workout. The workout being involving your entire body engages major muscles of your body in the activity. Aside from shaping up your muscles, the sport activity also enhances your bone density.
Her trainers also recommend yoga and crunches. And don't skip meals! If you're working out, your body needs the extra calories. If you're not eating enough, you won't be getting the most out of your workout.

The Music

Harley is a little bit unhinged. But she knows what she wants, and she definitely has her priorities in order. "All I wanna do is BOOM BOOM BOOM and CLICK, DING! And take ya money", yeah, that's Harley's anthem for sure.

The cool-down

After an intense workout (or even just a short run), it's very important to ease your body back into relaxation. Go through some gentle stretches. This will keep your muscles from getting tense, which can be very painful in the short-term and damaging over time. You don't have to do something as intense as Margot Robbie (in the Suicide Squad trailer above), the second image on this block should be more your speed.

And as always: HAVE FUN!!!
