Answer a phone call with your left ear.

Do not drink coffee twice a day.

Keep your distance from hand phone chargers.

Do not eat huge meals after 6 p.m.

Drink more water in the morning and less at night.

Never lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.

Do not take pills with really cold water.

Do not answer a cell phone when the battery is down to the last bar/percentage because the radiation is 1000 times stronger.

Best sleeping time is from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Do not use headphones/earphones for long periods of time.

I wish I could get to dinner before 6pm.. really a hard challenge for a 9 to 5 person who travels a decent distance to get home after work

I feel you @IzzyPanda! As I was writing this card I had earphones in!
I think I'd fail horribly at the ear phone one....

You aren't alone @christianmordi! I'm sure a lot of people are facing the same struggle. Usually if I know I won't have time to eat at a decent hour, I will try and have a large lunch. That way, I'm not eating a huge meal at 9 p.m.
@skee292 I agree. It's just I can't help if I need to block out the world when I'm doing my thing. Plus some of my music choice isn't appropriate for some people and I can't go around blasting my music.
