Well if you are taking AP physics 1, then that's mechanics( laws of motion, rotational motion) basically the building blocks, AP Physics 2 is Algebra based and focuses more on electromagnetic and thermodynamics. AP physics C is Calculus based and has mechanics and E&M. If you are taking AP physics C, then make sure you have at least completed Calculus AB, because having a complete understanding of derivatives and integrals will be a HUGE help. @riva
