Tyler The Creator and Collective Shout haven't gotten along since day one. The beef between the two started in 2013, when the group lobbied for his Australian shows to be canceled and his visa taken away. Things got intense during a face to face encounter with the group during his visit to Sydney, as Tyler called a member of the group calling her a "fucking bitch," a "fucking whore," and a "fucking cunt." She later reported him to the police.
Since the incident, the collective have done everything in their power to make sure that Tyler never performs in Australia again. Today it looks as if Collective Shout will get their wish, as Tyler shared on social media that he may be banned from Australia.

“T IS NOW BANNED FROM AUSTRALIA, YOU WON @CoralieAlison IM HAPPY FOR YOU <3” said Tyler on twitter. The tweet went viral yesterday, amassing 4,000 tweets.

This is a pretty touchy subject. For starters, Tyler shouldn’t think it’s okay to make comments like this. As the public figure with a powerful voice, the emcee should have found a way to walk away from the incident with the group before it got out of hand. With that being said, we all make mistakes. If Tyler is willing to take responsibility for what he said, there should be a middle ground met between the two collectives. He should be allowed to spread his music to his base as long as he isn't harming anyone.

Lets hope these two forces sort it out soon. Can't we all just get along?

@jeff4122 Tyler has always been one to say how he feels. I just wish they could find a middle ground on this issue. Seems like a pride thing on both sides to be honest
Mostly because I can't imagine him taking anything like this too seriously
Something tells me Tyler doesn't really care at all...
Yeah, definitely. And if I know anything about Tyler it's that he isn't going to be the first to swallow his pride hahah so i don't see this being resolved
well I know he loves Australia and he has a strong base out there.. with that being said I doubt he's losing sleep over this
