The Undersigned: Liz Arnone
The Proprietor: ==========
I, Liz Arnone, understand that the obligations below are non-negotiable. By signing this contract I give myself over to the demands of my new life. I will follow the following to the best of my ability and give it my best shot.
If I fail in any of the endeavors below, no harm will come to me; however I must hold myself accountable.
I, Liz Arnone, understand that I will no longer be my own worse enemy.
With this signature my self doubt, anxiety, and constant feelings of guilt end now. This means I will no longer;
- Connivence myself I am not good enough
- Wait for the other shoe to drop when things are going great
- Stress to the point of sickness
- Believe that I am headed for failure
- Feel guilty for saying No.
In addition, I promise myself to say Yes to everything that I want to do.
I promise to live with the joy and confidence I had when I was younger, unafraid what people thought.
I promise to foster the dreams I have always had, not stifle them because they don't fit into anyone else's American dream.
And I promise to always think about the good, and not get hung up and wasted away by the difficult parts of life.
I, the undersigned recognize that I will still be faced with anxieties about things that I have absolutely no control over. I recognize and accept the fact that while signing this contract, my new life will not instantly happen.
This will take work and I will fall a few steps back while trying to reach the finish line. But that is just something else I need to accept, not control.
In conclusion, I, Liz Arnone will learn that life is not something to control or walk through with knotted stomachs. Life demands to be lived and I will go into the great unknown knowing one thing.
I, the undersigned, did not let anything stop me.
