This ia what my mother served at my sisters' 30th birthday party that we hosted at home. It was a starter, when people were gathering, so it was a standing up kind of starter and it was something new for most of the people that were here. It is actually quite easy to make, really delicious and amazing to look at. Instead of using plates, my mom went with this shellfish which made it feel quite fancy. Than she put a small, salty cracker on it and a salsa-thingy made of some sour cream, egs, mustard, curd and some spices. She garnished it with small cherry home grown tomato and some mint leaves.
