Just because your favorite pair of shoes have a couple of scuff marks on them doesn't mean you have to throw them away. Test out these six household items that get rid of scuff marks right away and give your shoes the makeover they deserve. Note: Always test on a small spot first. You can never be too careful.
Lightly buff the scuff mark with toothpaste and an old toothbrush.
Rub at the scuff marks with a Mr. Clean magic eraser. Note: Usually works best on white surfaced shoes.
Dip a Q-tip in nail polish remover and carefully brush over the scuff mark.
Buff at scuff marks with paper towel and rub a small amount of vaseline overtop.
Spray a small amount of windex to the scuff marks and wipe off with a Q-tip or cloth.
Buff at scuff marks with a little hand sanitizer. Note: Ideal for white scuff marks on black shoes.
