I went classy today and what is classier than one chilled martini? To make a perfect martini, first put your martini glass in the freezer for about 30 minutes so it gets chilled. Than shake 2oz of high quality gin, 1/2 oz of dry vermouth and lots of ice. Strain it to your chilled martini glass and garnish with one or three olives (it depends on the size of your glasses). Do you like martini? Do you prefer a vodka based martini over gin?

Wish I liked gin. it just doesn't sit right. vodka, yes. this looks good. trick for faster colder glasses: wet paper towel and wrap glass. chill in freezer 5 minutes. FREEZING COLD
