This is the perfect breakfast recipe to start your day. The recipe can be adjusted depending on personal preference or what you have in the cupboard, and it's extremely easy. Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup milk (I use almond milk) 1/2 cup apple juice (or orange juice) 1 1/4 cups nonfat (0%) Greek yogurt 1/3 cup nuts (slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, etc.) Put the oats, raisins, nuts, and liquids together in a bowl and allow to soak overnight.
