This is the perfect breakfast recipe to start your day. The recipe can be adjusted depending on personal preference or what you have in the cupboard, and it's extremely easy.
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup milk (I use almond milk)
1/2 cup apple juice (or orange juice)
1 1/4 cups nonfat (0%) Greek yogurt
1/3 cup nuts (slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, etc.)
Put the oats, raisins, nuts, and liquids together in a bowl and allow to soak overnight. In the morning, mix with greek yogurt and enjoy!
