Since my sister lives in Dublin, the only reasonable cocktail shot to make was a Baby Guinness. I surprised her and her friends on the night of celebrations with this amazing, totally guinnessy looking shot that is actually very good.
It is a better tasting version of B-52, if you ask me. It is still very sweet, but minus sweet orangy flavour.
It cointains kahlua coffee liquor and Irish cream (Bailey's). It looks awesome and it is very easy to make. First pour Kahlua, and than with a help of a teaspoon, layer Bailey's on top of Kahlua. That's it.
It really made a party even better.
