Vegan Mac and Cheese

So it's been quite a while since the last time I made a post on Vingle. Let's just say it that I've been testing out few amazing recipes that I'm about to share with you. First one is vegan mac and cheese, yes it tastes the same, if not even better plus it's extremely healthy and if you don't use cashews it's a perfect meal for anyone that's doing high carb, low fat diet. Ingredients: - your choice of pasta (make sure that it doesn't contain eggs if your're vegan!) - 1 carrot - 2 potatoes

Today, for lunch I made this delicious vegan pizza for me and @rodiziketan I didn't feel like making pizza dough, so I just bought one (make sure that it's vegan!). I topped it with some tomato sauce, corn, mushrooms, onions and zucchini. For spices i used some salt (a bit too much, oops), basil and oregano. I served it with some homemade nacho cheese (vegan of course) that tasted almost the same as non vegan one, It's crazy. If you guys are interested I can totally share recipe.

HariDoki Not all omnivorous people are that down on vegans, it's only that the idiots of every group are the loudest and most obnoxious. But that goes both ways. I just wish we all could be more understanding of each other.
