Update: so I finally have a couple of somewhat in control slides under my belt👍 However, I pulled and slightly tore my calf muscle last Tuesday. I strongly encourage you to stretch before and after a sesh. I was at the bottom of an underground parking garage - no phone signal, at 2 AM. After an hour, I hobbled up three floors taking another hour to do that. So I'm on injured/reserve right now- but I did cheat in about a half hour last night.
